Air Livery Ltd has three paint facilities based at Norwich Airport with capacity up to B757-300, one facility based at London Southend Airport with capacity up to 737-700/A320, one facility at East Midlands Airport with capacity up to A321, one facility in Bratislava with capacity up to A321 and a wide body facility at Manchester with capacity up to A340-600/B747-400. KLM UK Engineering Apprenticeship Programme
Our programmes offer the opportunity to mix academic theory with practical hands on experience which offers the most effective route for development. KLM UK Engineering will support apprentices to gain qualifications relevant for their pathway & provide on the job aircraft maintenance experience at its Norwich facility
(LEVEL 3) AIRCRAFT APPRENTICESHIPS
Overview
- Two Apprenticeship Pathways – Structures & Maintenance
- Learn how to perform aircraft maintenance & structures tasks
- Learn the required practical & theoretical skills to become a qualified Aircraft Mechanic
- Be provided with all the relevant tools and safety equipment
- Receive 3 years fully funded training whilst receiving a salary
- Progression from Aviation Engineering course welcome
- Be trained to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 / EASA Category A
Delivery
- 3 year programme
- Combination of study with KLM UK Engineering at the IAAN and practical work within the base maintenance hangars
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Age 16 or over
- 5 GCSE’s with grades A-C or 4-9, including Maths & English
- Hold a valid UK/EU passport with the right to live & work within the UK
